Shipping FAQs

Shipping

Item Availability:

  • All orders are pending based on product availability.
  • We do everything in our power to guarantee inventory. 
  • If your item of choice is not available or on back order, we will contact you with various options to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Processing Times:

  • All orders have a 24-48 hour processing time. 
  • Orders are processed Monday-Saturday. 
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or Holidays.

Delivery locations:

  • We ship to all US states and all APO and FPO.
  • APO & FPO locations will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. 
  • Alaska & Hawaii may have additional shipping charges. 
  • We do not ship Internationally.

Delivery Methods:

  • Priority Mail shipping through USPS
  • Standard, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping through FedEx
  • FREE In-Store Pick-Up from our Colorado Springs, CO location.

Premium Shipping:

  • Overnight and Two Day orders must be placed to prior to 12 PM MST.
  • All Premium shipping orders placed after 12PM MST will be processed the next business day. 
  • Shipping carriers do not deliver Overnight or Two Day orders on Saturday or Sundays.

Proof of Delivery:

  • Standard shipping methods do not require a signature and will be left at your shipping address. 
  • If you would like to have signature confirmation and proof of delivery, please select a premium shipping option.

Tracking:

  • You will receive your tracking number via e-mail when your package has shipped. 
  • It is also available on the "My Account" page.
  • Your tracking number is generated when we receive the order. 
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipper's tracking information to update.

Multiple Packages:

  • If your order is large and completely full of awesome, we may have to ship it in multiple packages. 
  • You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped.
  • Occasionally they get separated in transit, so please allow 2-3 days for the rest of the order to arrive if you receive a partial shipment
