- If your item of choice is not available or on back order, we will contact you with various options to make sure you are completely satisfied.
- All orders have a 24-48 hour processing time.
- Orders are processed Monday-Saturday.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or Holidays.
- We ship to all US states and all APO and FPO.
- APO & FPO locations will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
- Alaska & Hawaii may have additional shipping charges.
- We do not ship Internationally.

- Standard, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping through FedEx
- FREE In-Store Pick-Up from our Colorado Springs, CO location.
- Overnight and Two Day orders must be placed to prior to 12 PM MST.
- All Premium shipping orders placed after 12PM MST will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping carriers do not deliver Overnight or Two Day orders on Saturday or Sundays.
Proof of Delivery:
- Standard shipping methods do not require a signature and will be left at your shipping address.
- If you would like to have signature confirmation and proof of delivery, please select a premium shipping option.
- You will receive your tracking number via e-mail when your package has shipped.
- It is also available on the "My Account" page.
- Your tracking number is generated when we receive the order.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipper's tracking information to update.
- If your order is large and completely full of awesome, we may have to ship it in multiple packages.
- You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped.
- Occasionally they get separated in transit, so please allow 2-3 days for the rest of the order to arrive if you receive a partial shipment
