Online Order Returns

Basics:

  • We want you to not just be satisfied with your purchase, but thrilled!

  • We offer a full refund or store credit (your choice) on any unused merchadise within 30 days of DELIVERY

  • We will ALWAYS work with you if merchandise is defective to make it right!

Items we can only offer Store Credit for:

  • Cosmetics

  • Unworn Wigs

  • Petticoats

Things we don't take back and we hope your understand why:

  • Merchandise with distinct smells (not aquired through shipping)

  • Hygiene Concerns and icky things
                Worn undergarments or hosiery, opened facial hair, earrings, teeth, etc. (With the exception, of course, of manufacturer defect, which                 we will always help with)

  • Merchandise already used for its intended purpose
                 Just don't be that guy, ok?

How to send back item(s) for return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "My Account" page
  2. Go to "Completed Orders" and click on "Return Item(s)"
  3. Enter the return quantity of said item(s), return reason, return action, and any additional comments about your order. 
  4. We will email you on the return status/approval as soon as possible
  5. Mail your package through a trackable shipping method to:
